My photography featured by Mashable.com

I've taken a lot of photos of my daughter, Jonah, over the years. I basically learned how to use my camera by chasing her around. I sat down with Mashable to discuss the photos I've taken of her.

From the article:

There's no better subject for a passionate parent interested in photography than their child.
Like many parents, Wes Eisenhauer from Sioux Falls, South Dakota is eager to capture those special moments of his 3-year-old daughter, Jonah. But for him, snapping pictures of his family was the perfect practice for turning his passion for photography into a new career.
Eisenhauer tells Mashable that although he specializes in adventure, destination and wedding photography, he truly honed his craft chasing around his daughter, taking creative photographs of their adventures. But what's most interesting about Eisenhauer's photography is his ability to take a seemingly boring scenario, like Jonah walking down a wet sidewalk, and turn it into a compelling image.
So for parents attempting to kick photographs of their children up a level, Eisenhauer suggests always being prepared for that special moment.
"I think the best way to capture compelling photos of your kids (or any subject really) is to always be ready, " Eisenhauer told Mashable. "I always have a camera nearby and try to be on-point because interesting moments come and go so quickly. With kids, I find that you can't force it. "
